On February 23, 2024, Rajadhani Business School hosted a first aid training session in collaboration with St.John Ambulance, aimed at equipping MBA students with essential life-saving skills. The program, inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries, was a significant step towards promoting safety awareness and emergency preparedness among students.

The training session commenced with a formal inauguration ceremony graced by distinguished guests. Dr. Biju Ramesh, Chairman Rajadhani Group of Institutions, led the proceedings, joined by Dr. Suresh Babu, Principal of Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Mr. P. Rajan (Vice Chairman) and Mr. E.K. Sugathan (Secretary) from St.John Ambulance, Mr. Rajit Karunakaran (Director of RBS), and Mr. Mahesh Krishna (Principal of Rajadhani Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, RIHMCT). The presence of these eminent personalities underscored the significance of the event.

The training session was facilitated by Dr. Linu S.M, Professor, Head of Accident & Emergency Department Sree Gokulam Medical College. Dr. Linu’s expertise and experience added immense value to the training program. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations, participants were educated on various aspects of first aid, including CPR, wound management, fracture stabilization, and basic life support techniques. The first aid training session was a resounding success. It not only empowered MBA students with life-saving skills but also fostered a culture of safety and preparedness within the academic community.
