OBJECTIVES
The Training & Placement Cell at RBS is dedicated to molding students to meet corporate expectations and secure placements in reputed companies aligned with their job profiles. Our goal is to provide employment opportunities and market-ready training to all students. The placement cell ensures that every eligible student receives industry placement, striving for a 100% placement assistance rate. Comprising student placement representatives and departmental placement coordinators, the cell facilitates the placement process effectively.
RBS offers Value Added Courses to students from their first year onwards, enriching their learning beyond the standard syllabus. Additionally, our training programs are tailored to students’ needs through comprehensive need analysis, ensuring they receive relevant and impactful training. We continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs through feedback collected from students.
Soft Skill Development Training Programs
RBS places significant emphasis on soft skill development to complement the regular academic curriculum. Aptitude tests and group discussions are conducted regularly to enhance students’ performance in competitive exams. The Placement Officer, supported by faculty and student representatives from all departments, oversees this unit. Additionally, job-oriented courses and special training programs are conducted regularly. RBS also hosts guest lectures and invites visiting faculty members to train both students and faculty, providing them with a competitive edge in the recruitment process and enhancing their confidence and personality development.
