Rajadhani Business School in collaboration with the National Institute of Personnel Management – Trivandrum Chapter organized Corporate Mentorship Programme for MBA S4 students. A corporate mentorship program is a program that connects prospective candidates to share knowledge and know-how with the various experts who are assigned as Mentors. The goal of a mentorship program is to accelerate the personal and professional development of mentees. This is achieved by providing mentees with guidance, advice, and feedback from mentors with more experience than themselves. 

RBS –NIPM Mentorship Programme was organized on 26 July 2022 at Malabar Hall, Technopark. The program was attended by Mr. Vinod Naryanan, Chairman, NIPM Trivandrum Chapter, and HR Director, Clinipace International and Dr. Rajesh S Pyngavil, Professor & Head, Rajadhani Business School, and other faculty members of RBS. The panel of mentees includes senior HR executives of different organizations in Technopark. The Mentees who interacted with the students were Mr. Mathew George, Mr. Vipin Kumar, Mr. Tony Joseph, Ms. Bindhu, and Ms. Sandhya. The program was very enriching and informative.
