Rajadhani Business School is having an active chapter of Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) an affiliate of All India Management Association (AIMA), an apex body of professional managers engaged in promoting Excellence in Management pan India. TMA, established in 1985 presently has nearly 300 individual members, more than 30 corporate members and nearly 150 student members. The flagship events of TMA are our Annual Convention branded TRIMA and the Management Leadership Award which is presented to an individual who has shown exceptional leadership qualities in the field of Management in Kerala State.

TMA organized its flagship annual convention, TRIMA 2020 on 10 & 11 June, 2022 at O by Tamara, Trivandrum. The theme chosen for TRIMA 2022 is ‘Vision Trivandrum 2025’. Over 200 delegates, including industry leaders, decision makers, professionals, members of the business fraternity and policymakers, were participated in the two-day convention. Four technical sessions, with keynote addresses by management leaders, presentations, panel discussions and awards were the highlights of TRIMA 2022. These thematic sessions will feature eminent speakers who shared their experiences and best practices, offering insights that can be adopted and implemented in Kerala.

Dr Rajesh S Pyngavil, Professor & Head and 3 selected students of MBA S2 were attended the convention as delegates. The delegates attended all the sessions and also participated in panel discussions and colloquiums with high enthusiasm and spirit.
