As part of 73rd Independence Day celebrations, a Freedom Quiz completion was held in on 14 August, 2019 in which Prof Rajit K Nair was the Quiz Master. 23 teams from various departments were participated in the preliminary round which consists of questions related to freedom and independence struggle. The final round was held at 2 PM in which the 4 qualified teams were contested. First Prize was won by Ms. Anatha Lekshmy A R and Arifa Asahari of S1 B Tech Civil and Second prize was won by Ms. Shipla S and Mr. Vaisakh S of MBA T4. Cash prises of Rs. 2000 and Rs. 1000 were distributed by Principal Dr K C Raveendranathan in the presence of Prof N Narayanmoorthy, Prof Rajit K Nair and Dr Rajesh S Pyngavil.
