RBS was delighted to welcome their distinguished alumnus, Noufal Razak from the 2014–2016 MBA batch, who interacted with the S2 MBA students on May 7, 2026.

Currently serving as the Operations Head at Al Rashid Group AG, Riyadh, KSA, Mr. Noufal shared valuable insights on emerging career opportunities, industry expectations, and the importance of continuous professional development in today’s competitive business environment.

During the session, he fondly reflected on how RBS played a pivotal role in shaping his professional journey and highlighted the significance of add-on programs in enhancing employability, leadership skills, and practical exposure. His inspiring words and real-world experiences motivated the students to approach their careers with confidence, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
