Association of Intellectual Management Students (AIMS)

The Association of Intellectual Management Students (AIMS) is the student wing of RBS facilitates the academic and professional development of students and hosts numerous co-curricular, extracurricular, and social events. All RBSites are its members and build incredibly strong friendships and professional bonds that carry through and last well beyond graduation.

Student Chapters – NIPM

National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM)  – NIPM is an association for Human Resource Management professionals. It is devoted to the development of skills and expertise of the professionals engaged in the management of human resources. The student chapter of NIPM at RBS organizes regular lectures, meetings, seminars, training courses, conferences, and publications in its chapters all over the country.

Student Chapter – Project Management Institute Kerala (PMIK)

PMI Kerala Academic Forum of Rajadhani Business School is the first of its kind among business schools in Kerala. The academic forum at RBS aims to give good exposure to management students about project management and to nurture a good insight into the importance of project management as a career. It also aims to give a hands-on training program on professional certification training.

Student Chapter – Trivandrum Management Association (TMA)

Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) is an affiliate of the All India Management Association (AIMA), an apex body of professional managers engaged in promoting Excellence in Management pan India. The student chapter at RBS promotes professionalism in business management in Kerala through management education, industrial training, exchange of knowledge, sharing of experience, and innovative ideas using sound management principles.

Student Chapter – Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD)

Established in April 1970, the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) is a national-level non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. With a significant membership comprising individuals and institutions dedicated to human resources training and development across government, public and private sectors, educational institutions, and professional bodies, ISTD plays a pivotal role in fostering professional growth. Affiliated with the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) in Geneva, ISTD conducts training programs nationwide at both chapter and national levels, contributing to the continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge in the field.

Management Fest ‘ Le Emperoz’

RBS organizes ‘Le Emperoz,’ a Management Fest designed to foster the all-round development of management students. This annual Inter-Collegiate Management and Cultural Fest, uniquely crafted and executed by RBSites, stands out for its intellectually stimulating experiences across all verticals. The primary aim of this initiative is to provide participants with a novel experience and abundant opportunities to push their limits, test their abilities, and hone their managerial skills.
