Prof. George Thomas is a seasoned industry professional, academic, and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience across maritime, management, education, and strategy roles.

He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), a PG in Marine Engineering from CUSAT, and an MBA from Middlesex University, London. He began his career as a Marine Engineer with Wallem Ship Management, gaining deep exposure to global operations and high-performance environments at sea.

Transitioning into leadership roles, he has served as Marketing and Sales Director and held multiple senior management positions, blending technical expertise with business strategy. For the past 10 years, he has also been a teaching faculty in Business Strategy, mentoring students and professionals on leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking. At present Prof. George Thomas is the Director – Corporate Relations at Rajadhani group of educational institutions. He is also the principal business consultant at Zeetius, the sports tech company. He is also a PADI certified scuba diver, and is the business consultant at Scuba Cochin, the pioneers of recreational scuba diving and research diving in India.

He regularly speaks on strategy, motivation, technology, business, economy and industry trends, bridging the gap between academia and real-world application.
