Dr. Vincent has 20 years of experience in diverse sectors including Teaching, Consulting, Training and Research. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College of Social sciences, Cochin and a Ph D from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has been exposed to various prestigious training programmes organized by reputed institutes like Harvard and IIMs. He has published articles in reputed journals and Scopus indexed book chapters in Springer Nature, Singapore. His teaching, research and consulting interests lie in the following areas – Executive Performance Analytics, Positive Psychology, Gender Role Congruence and Entrepreneurship Pedagogy. Prior to joining RBS, he had a 14 year tenure with Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous) in various capacities including Professor and Dean (Academics).
