Rajadhani Business School (RBS) successfully organized a Meet the Executive Programme on 16th February 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at the Mini Auditorium. The programme was exclusively arranged for the MBA (2024–2026) and MBA (2025–2027) batches, with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to industry realities and entrepreneurial journeys.

The resource person for the session was Balagopal Chandrasekhar, Former IAS Officer, Entrepreneur, and Investor. He has also served as the former Chairman of Federal Bank, Chairman of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, and is the Founder of Terumo Penpol Ltd.

Mr. Balagopal Chandrasekhar shared his inspiring journey from civil service to industrial leadership, highlighting key experiences from his tenure as an IAS officer and his transition into entrepreneurship. He emphasized the importance of vision, ethical leadership, resilience, and adaptability in achieving professional success.

The session was highly interactive and insightful, offering students valuable perspectives on leadership, decision-making, and the challenges involved in building and managing successful enterprises.
