Rajit Nair is a seasoned International Strategist, Management Consultant, and Corporate Trainer with 28 years of corporate experience in the MENA and India. His passion lies in Design Thinking, Mentoring, and Storytelling, which he seamlessly incorporates into his work and training programs.

Rajit has garnered a reputation for delivering motivational talks that inspire and educate his audience. His most popular talk is about the life and inspiring leadership of Steve Jobs, the Co-founder of Apple Inc, which has been held in over 500 venues across Kerala and the GCC.

In recognition of his exceptional mentoring skills, Rajit was nominated as the “Mentor of Change” by the Atal Innovation Mission (Government of India) in 2018. Currently, he mentors school students to ideate and convert their ideas into prototypes leading to marketable products. He was also nominated as the Regional Mentor of Change for the Kerala Region in December 2019 and was felicitated by AIM as one of the Top Mentors in the Country (featured in the GEMS Mentors List by AIM) for the second consecutive time in November 2022.

Besides being a postgraduate Rajit is a certified Level 2 Adobe Creative Educator. He is skilled to foster creativity into the education process and teaching and learning practice to prepare students with 21st Century skills.

 Apart from mentoring, Rajit offers guidance to graduate students through his career planning program, “Futureproof Careers, beyond the Pandemic.” He also provides training on soft skills and workplace etiquette for freshers, job seekers, and employees. His Faculty Development Program titled the “STAR Faculty Development Program” has guided faculty members in both school and higher education institutions to become effective teachers through self-discovery and guidance.

Rajit is an accomplished author with two books to his name. “Making of a Sensible Consultant!” is a must-read for consultants and aspiring consultants, while “Fearless or Shameless” offers articles on work culture, ethics, and business issues, placed under the social satire genre.

As a co-founder of Centriq Academy for Training & Mentoring and Probiz Knowledge Centre, Rajit continues to make an impact in the corporate world as an entrepreneur.  

Rajit has been conferred with several accolades, including an Honorary Fellowship of the International Association of Accounting Professionals (IAAP), UK, and life membership in national-level organizations like the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), and Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI).
