The National Level Management Fest, Le Emperoz 2026, was grandly organized by Rajadhani Business School under the aegis of the Rajadhani Institute of Engineering & Technology (RIET), Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram, on 18 February 2026.
The event commenced with a prestigious inaugural ceremony led by the Honorable Chairman, Dr. Biju Ramesh, whose presence inspired the aspiring management professionals in attendance. The program was further graced and blessed by the insights of Dr. Madhukumar (Principal, RIET), Prof. Rajit Karunakaran (Director-IDSM, Rajadhani Group of Colleges), Prof. George Thomas (Director-Corporate Relations, Rajadhani Group of Educational Institutions) and Dr. Vincent Varghese ,( Professor & Head, Rajadhani Business School). Mr. Shinu R, (Assistant Professor and Faculty Coordinator for Le Emperoz 2026), played a pivotal role in spearheading the event’s coordination alongside the dedicated student coordinator team consisting of Rbsite Pranav S Nair, Rbsite Jishnu Raj, and Rbsite Lizana R, who ensured the seamless execution of the day’s diverse itinerary.

The fest served as a vibrant competitive arena, witnessing massive participation from several nearby colleges. Students engaged in a wide spectrum of high-stakes challenges designed to test their corporate readiness, including the Best Manager, Management Team coordination, and specialized functional simulations such as the Finance Game, Marketing Game, HR Game, and Logistics Game. Beyond the core business disciplines, the event tapped into the analytical and creative talents of the youth through a Business Quiz, Treasure Hunt, Spot Photography, Spot Choreo, and E-sports tournaments. CET School of Management, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala emerged as the Overall Champions of Le Emperoz 2026, showcasing exceptional talent and strategic brilliance across all major events.

As the day progressed from intense intellectual battles to celebratory expressions, the fest reached its crescendo with a series of vibrant cultural events performed by the MBA students. The evening concluded on a high note with a spirited musical night, marking the successful culmination of Le Emperoz 2026 as a premier platform for networking, skill-building, and artistic flair.
