International Immersion & Global Exposure Programmes – Malaysia
Rajadhani Business School organised an International Immersion Programme for MBA S4 students in Malaysia from 13–17 June 2025. The programme was attended by 104 students and 2 faculty members.
The primary objective of this initiative was to expose students to international business environments and diverse cultural settings, enabling them to understand perspectives beyond their home business context. This global exposure helped them prepare for careers in a highly dynamic and interconnected business world.
Global Exposure Initiative 2025
The MBA 2023–25 batch, comprising both Regular MBA and Shipping & Logistics Management students, in Malaysia as part of the Global Exposure Initiative. The programme provides a unique mix of cultural immersion, academic enrichment, and industry exposure, designed to nurture globally competent professionals.
Key Highlights
- Cultural and Heritage Visits: Thean Hou Temple, King’s Palace, National Monument, Independence Square, Batu Caves.
- Urban and Lifestyle Experiences: KLCC Water Fountain, Genting Highlands (Cable Car), Aquaria KLCC, Mitsui Outlet Park.
- Industry and Craftsmanship Exposure: Royal Selangor Pewter Factory, Beryl’s Chocolate Factory.
- Academic Collaborations: Engagements with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Universiti Selangor (UiSM).
- Governance and Infrastructure Insight: Visit to Putrajaya, Malaysia’s administrative capital.
