The CXO Conclave 2026 (IT/ITES & Logistics Edition) was organized by Rajadhani Business School in association with Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Nagaroor, Attingal, on 19th and 20th February 2026 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The conclave, recognized as one of the largest campus-driven CXO platforms in South India, was conducted with the objective of bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations by facilitating direct interaction between students and top-level executives. The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Dr. Biju Ramesh (Chief Patron) and formally inaugurated by Mr. S.N. Raghuchandran Nair (Chief Guest). The event was further supported by the presence of patrons Megha B Ramesh, Dr. Madhukumar S, and Dr. Sangeetha Y, whose leadership and guidance contributed significantly to the successful organization of the conclave. The distinguished speakers included Ms. Suja Chandry, Ms. Latha Nair, Ms. Shilpa Menon, Mr. Sreekumar K Nair, Ms. Roopa Molakila, Mr. Sreenumar V, Mr. Sudep P, Mr. Syamal Nair, Mr. Gokul Alex, Dr. Krishna Kumar TI, Mr. Jayakrishnan G, Mr. Sunil Kumar Ayyappan, Dr. Nithesh N N, Mr. Amit Kamat, Mr. Sudip Kumar Dey, Mr. Nataraja S, Mr. Praveen Peter, Mr. Suresh Kumar K, Mr. Rajit Karunakaran, and Mr. OG Hariraj.
