Vishnu Lal is a lawyer turned management teacher with 4 years of corporate exposure. He has completed his LL.B. from Kerala Law Academy and MBA in HR from Institute of Management in Kerala, Kerala University. He has qualified UGC – NET exam for Lectureship. His industry exposure ranges from India’s leading Newspaper The Hindu, where he worked for 3 years as Customer Relations Officer to IT giant UST Global where he was a part of Corporate HR. He has rich experience in global employee compliance and is pursuing his research on Industrial Relations from Bharathiyar University. Before joining RBS, he was associated with DC School of Management & Technology and was also a guest faculty in Indian School of Commerce offering CIMA & ACCA courses.
