Prof (Dr) Rajesh S Pyngavil is currently a Professor at Rajadhani Business School, Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology, Attingal, Trivandrum, Kerala. Prior to joining RBS, he was an Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at Gitarattan International Business School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. An MHRM, MBA, MBA(IB), PGDMM, PhD, and UGC (NET) qualified; Dr. Rajesh was associated with the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) as Faculty Associate in the HR area. He possesses 19 years of postgraduate teaching and 6 years of industry experience with corporate houses such as WIPRO and DATA PRO as an HR expert. He started his teaching career as a Faculty Member with the DC School of Management and Technology, Kerala. He has published 70 research papers and case studies in various referred journals and books and presented papers at various national and international conferences and seminars across the country. He received the Best Presenter Award -2009 in the national conference held at Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior, and the Best Paper Award -2011 in the International Conference conducted by the Society of Management and Behaviour Sciences, Jodhpur. He has published six edited books titled Global Information and Corporate Strategies: Transcending Horizons; Innovative Strategies for Value Creation and Management; Turbulent Business Environment: The Road Ahead; India’s Emergence in Global Scenario,  Innovation: The Key to Sustainable Prosperity, Global Information and Business Strategies and Managing Uncertainties of Business: A Strato-Techno Approach. He is in the editorial board of 4 journals of repute. He has received the Best Faculty Award (902 Points on a 1000 API Score) at Gitarattan International Business School for the academic session 2013-14. He is recently nominated as a Member of, the Board of Studies in Management at APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Trivandrum. He is also the recipient of the Global Academic Award for Best Researcher by EMG-SSM Trust, Chennai.
