Ms. Nayana S Rajeev is currently pursuing PhD from Annamalai University. She is a Postgraduate with an MBA (HR & MARKETING) from the DC school of Management and Technology, Vagamon. She is a UGC-NET holder (2015) in Labour Welfare/Human Resource Management. Prior to her present job she was working as an Assistant Professor at IHRD College of Applied Sciences, Adoor. She is having one year of industrial experience as well. Her areas of interest are Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Organization Behaviour, Training, and Development.
