Dr. Biju secured an MBA with distinction, an MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) with meritorious-score from the University of Kerala, M Phil, and PhD in Management from M.G University, Kottayam, and has around 20 years of MNC-Industrial Experience and 11 years teaching experience. Out of 20 years of MNC-industrial expertise at the senior management level, 12 years worked abroad, and the last employer was HYUNDAI Engineering, South Korea.  He has seven research papers published in national and international journals and is a co-author of three books in the general management field. Ten research papers were presented in national and international seminars including IIMs and IIT Delhi. He has accomplished the duty as an All India Association of Sports for All (AIASFA) advisor in their international Webinars; the participants attended from around 20 countries and obtained certificates and awards from AIASFA. Dr. Biju has attended nineteen days of FDP training sponsored by AICTE and the Directorate of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala, and has undergone case study training. He is competent in statistical data analysis using SPSS, Amos, and Bibliometric analysis.  Apart from management faculty, he is a freelance consultant and trainer for research methodology and project management.  He received the Best Staff Award of HYUNDAI in 2005. Served as Consultant for carrying out SWOT Analysis – of TKM College of Engineering, in connection with the Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP-Phase-II Cycle-2), Government of India.
