Overview

Prof (Dr) Rajesh S Pyngavil is currently the Professor and Head at Rajadhani Business School, Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology, Attingal, Trivandrum, Kerala. Prior to join RBS, he was an Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at Gitarattan International Business School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. An MHRM, MBA, PGDMM, PhD and UGC (NET) qualified; Dr. Rajesh was associated with Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) as Faculty Associate in HR area. He possesses 18 years of teaching and 6 years of industry experience with corporate houses such as WIPRO and DATAPRO as HR expert. He started his teaching career as Faculty Member with DC School of Management and Technology, Kerala. He has published 70 research papers and case studies in various referred journals and books and presented papers in various national and international conferences and seminars across the country. He received the Best Presenter Award -2009 in the national conference held in Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior and Best Paper Award -2011 in the International Conference conducted by Society of Management and Behaviour Sciences, Jodhpur. He has published six edited books titled Global Information and Corporate Strategies: Transcending Horizons; Innovative Strategies for Value Creation and Management; Turbulent Business Environment: The Road Ahead; India’s Emergence in Global Scenario,  Innovation: The Key to Sustainable Prosperity, Global Information and Business Strategies and Managing Uncertainties of Business: A Strato-Techno Approach. He has received the Best Faculty Award (902 Points on 1000 API Score) at Gitarattan International Business School for the academic session 2013-14.
