Director Rajadhani Business School (RBS) , Trivandrum is a Corporate Trainer, Life Coach & a practicing Management professional with an extensive experience of about 20 years in academics & industry. He is certified as an Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by AlMA. He is also done FDP in Management from IIM Bangalore and also done a Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship from EDI Gujarat. He holds multiple Post Graduate Degrees in Management & Human Resources Management and also in Psychology and PhD in Management (MBA, MSc Psychology, PGDHRM, PhD). He is constantly contributing to many National & International Journals of repute and has published around 45 articles and 4 books.
