PARIVARTHAN 2019

Rajadhani Business School organised Parivarthan 2019 (The Transformation) for the newly joined batch of MBA from 1 July 2019 to 24 July 2019. The objective of the programme is to sensitize the newly joined students to fine tune with the profession of management and management studies. It also give a platform for the newly budding managers to gain an overall understanding and culture of RBS and its curricular, co curricular and extracurricular activities. The programme consist of various curricular and co curricular activities with fun and learning. The session was started with a welcome note by Dr Rajesh S Pyngavil, Professor & Head, RBS by introducing the RBS Team to the new students. This session was followed by session titled The Journey Ahead and Employability Skills by Prof Rajit K Nair, Director, RBS. The following days were dedicated to various co curricular learning viz, How to make Effective Presentation, Case Study Analysis, Role Play, Management Games led by RBS faculty members. A talent showcase was also conducted as part of the programme. Sessions on social and business etiquettes, fun with surveys also added glory to the event.
