INDEPENDENCE DAY POSTER EXIHIBITION -2019

A one day workshop with an objective to empower the students of RBS, to equip them with relevant information, awareness on corporate expectation, motivation and practical session on soft skills was conducted on 23rd October, 2019 for MBA T5 ( 2018-20) students. Mr. Mohammed Ikan, a well known Educator and soft skills Expert and, President- Society for training and development, Lakshadweep was the resource person for the one day training session. The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Lekshmi Sasidhar, T4 MBA welcomed the guest. During the workshop, Mr. Ikan has given a bird’s eye view on the whole one day programme to the participants as he envisaged. The sessions were a blend of both information and practical aspect to get the feel. Participants had undergone through various activities sometimes as an individual and also in teams. The session was mostly interactive and involves involvement tests, situations, group dynamics, included PPT presentation on professional dress code and grooming. The session also focused on self realisation and confidence building, developing a positive attitude, professional presentation skills and interview skills.
At the end of the session Ms. Janani V.J., MBA T5 rendered vote of thanks. In her valedictory address she wholeheartedly appreciated the resource person for making the event a grant success and also the participants for their cooperation
