On August 14th, 2024, Rajadhani Business School, in collaboration with the Kerala Institute of Labour and Employment (KILE), organized an insightful seminar titled “The Future of Collective Bargaining.” The event took place from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Rajadhani Business School campus and was exclusively organized for third-semester MBA students of the 2023-2025 Batch. A total of 91 students participated in the seminar, which featured esteemed speakers from KILE, including Mr. Varkichan Pettah, Senior Faculty, and Ms. Jasmin Begum, Project Coordinator.
The primary objective of the seminar was to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of collective bargaining in the context of modern labor markets. The seminar aimed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of labor negotiations, particularly in an era marked by rapid technological advancements and globalization.
