Rajadhani Business School organized Le Emperoz 2022, National Level Management Fest on the 25th and 26th of November 2022. The Management fest was attended by more than 250 participants from various colleges in Kerala and Tamilnadu. There were 9 events for PG students and 3 events for UG and PG Students. The events were Best Manager, Best Management Team, HR Game, Marketing Game, Finance Game for PG Students and Best Buddy, Treasure Hunt, Best Photography for UG Students. The event Theme show was organized for both UG and PG Students. The program stated with a small opening ceremony at Lobby Hall by Dr. S Suresh Babu Principal, RIET in the presence of Dr. Jubi R, Head of the Department, RBS and other faculty members. The inaugural ceremony was conducted at 4 pm on 25 November, 2022 at Main Auditorium. Mr. Chandra Bose Janardhanan, Managing Director, KMML Chavara was the chief guest. Dr. Jubi R, Head of the Department welcomed the gathering to the function. The function was attended by Dr. S Suresh Babu Principal RIET, Mr. Renju Remesh, Faculty Coordinator Le Emperoz, faculty members and students of Rajadhani Business School. 

On the second day, final rounds of PG events were conducted.   The valedictory function and prize distribution ceremony was attended by Dr. Biju Ramesh, Chairman Rajadhani Group of Instutions, Mr. Ajaykrishna Prakash, Vice Chairman, RGI, Ms. Megha B Ramesh, Executive Director RGI, Dr. S Suresh Babu, Principal RIET and Dr. Jubi R Head of the Department, RBS. The prizes for PG events were announced and distributed. The Chairman and other dignitaries distributed the trophies, certificates and cash prize to the winners. Mohandas Institute of Management has won the overall championship.  A Musical program was also organized as part of the fest.
