NIPM Trivandrum Chapter organized the Students’ Chapter Summit & Research Paper Competition on 25 September 2022 as a prelude to Southern Regional Conference. The event was conducted in the Malabar Hall, Technopark. The broad theme of the Summit was Human Capital in the World of Metaverse. The event was attended by HR students from different Business Schools and Management Institutes affiliated with NIPM Trivandrum Chapter. The institutions that participated are Rajadhani Business School, KICMA Business School, Loyola College of Social Sciences, Lourdes Matha Institute of Management Studies, and G Karunakaran Memorial Co-operative College of Management & Technology. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Prasanth Kumar N, Vice President & Head (CSR), Muthoot Fincorp, and the keynote address was delivered by Mr. Jayakrishnan G, Sr Project Manager, Infosys. Sri Vinod Narayanan, Chairman of NIPM Trivandrum Chapter presided over the function, Dr. Rajesh S Pyngavil extended a welcome, and Dr. Anitha S proposed words of gratitude. Dr. Rajesh S Pyngavil made key Note presentations, Professor, Rajadhani Business School, and Dr. Anitha S, Assistant Professor, Loyola College of Social Sciences, The other guests were Dr. Ajith Sankar, Mr. Vipin Kumar, Mr. George Mathew, and Mr. Sahir M S. A research paper competition was also conducted as part of the program.
