Rajadhani Business School offers value added courses as add on courses for its students. The objective of these courses is to enhance and mould students with employable skills. MBA with SAP certification is a highly demanding impeccable combination in the industry scenario. Students with this qualification have lucrative opportunities in the job market. So, RBS offers SAP certification to its students. The five days training for duration of 30 hours was conducted from 18 July, 2022 to 22 July, 2022 and attended by 88 students of MBA S4. The training was offered by one of the leading SAP consultant Innoval Digital Solutions Ltd, Trivandrum. The SAP training was provided based on four areas related to the MBA specialization of the students. They are SAP FICO (Finance), SAP HCM (HR), SAP LOG (Operations) , SAP SDM (Marketing). SAP FICO training session was handled by the resource person Mr. Vishnu V J and Ms Vishnupriya. SAP HCM training was handled by Ms. Smitha , Ms. Asha and Mr. Rahul. SAP SDM and SAP LOG sessions were engaged by Mr. Ram Prasad, Mr. Sreedhar, Mr. Midhun and Ms. Indu respectively. The performances of the students were evaluated thru structured assignments and examination. The overall feedback received from the students on the training session was excellent.
