The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is a national body of HR professionals in the country. It is the only Indian body of professional managers engaged in the profession of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development in the country. NIPM is a nonprofit making body devoted to building professional excellence in the field of Human Resource Management through regular activities ranging from Evening Lectures to People Process Quality Certifications.

Rajadhani Business School is having a vibrant Students’ Chapter of the NIPM Trivandrum Chapter. The inaugural ceremony of this academic year’s activities was initiated by NIPM  is initiated by Mr. Vinod Narayanan, Director (HR), Clinipace Worldwide He is also the present Chairman of NIPM Trivandrum Chapter, Mr. Ajish M J, Senior Manager, Tata Elxsi & Management Committee member delivered the Keynote address. 

Dr. Rajesh S Pyngavil, Professor & Head, Rajadhani Business School welcomed the gathering. The function was presided over by Dr. S Suresh Babu, Principal, and RIET. A vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Nayana S Rajeev, Faulty Coordinator, NIPM Trivandrum Chapter proposed words of gratitude. Certificates were issued to the office-bearers.
