The Placement Cell frequently organizes trainings and workshops that are geared to equip students with professional skills and life skills. These help them face challenging professional and personal situations with ease and confidence. These initiatives seek to build confidence and self-esteem among students, and are customized to meet the needs of different professional environments. 

Rajadhani Business School organized a two days Pre-Placement Training & Workshop titled Final Touch for MBA for MBA S3 students on 6-7 January, 2022. The objective of programme was to familiarize students with the different processes related final placements, mock interviews and Group Discussions.  The resource person for the programme was Mr. Mohammad Ikan, a renowned corporate trainer and mentor.  This training has enhanced and upgraded the potential of the students to make them industry ready.
